Monitoring and Evaluating Regional Networks against Violence

This paper is an effort to establish a conceptual framework, principles and guidelines for impact evaluation of regional initiatives on violence against women. It is grounded in the experiences of the three participants in the process – Intercambios in Latin America, the GBV Prevention Network in Africa and Partners for Prevention in Asia – which are located in the larger context of ongoing debates on tracking and measuring social change.
