Irene Ogeta is a passionate young feminist advocate and Program Officer for Young Women’s Advocacy, Membership, and Development at ATHENA Network. With a strong commitment to gender justice and youth leadership, she also serves on the MenEngage Global Alliance Board and Youth Reference Group, where she works to ensure that youth voices — especially those of young women — are meaningfully represented in global conversations around gender justice, masculinities, and accountability. Her work is grounded in a commitment to collective power, intergenerational dialogue, and the transformative potential of feminist leadership. Irene brings bold, intersectional perspectives to global advocacy, championing spaces where young women’s voices drive meaningful change.
