
LANGUIE Béléyi Koutchouka

Koutchouka Béléyi Languie is a Togolese administrative professional, translator and interpreter, and youth leader committed to advancing gender equality, meaningful youth participation, and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).
She currently serves as Secretary at Togo Best Motor, where she manages administrative operations, coordinates organizational communication, and supports executive management in the day-to-day running of the company. Alongside her full-time role, she works as a freelance translator and conference interpreter, facilitating multilingual communication for international organizations, civil society, and development partners in both English and French.
Beyond her professional career, Koutchouka has dedicated more than a decade to humanitarian service and youth leadership. Since joining the Togolese Red Cross as a volunteer in 2014, she has contributed to numerous humanitarian and community development initiatives. In 2022, she was appointed National Youth Focal Point, leading youth engagement initiatives and supporting programmes that strengthen community resilience and youth participation.
Koutchouka currently serves as Chair of the MenEngage Africa Youth Reference Group and Chair of the MenEngage Togo Youth Network, where she collaborates with young leaders, civil society organizations, and regional partners to promote gender-transformative approaches, positive masculinities, and the meaningful inclusion of young people in leadership and decision-making. She previously served as Regional Secretary of the Youth Action Movement (YAM) of the Togolese Association for Family Welfare (ATBEF), contributing to youth-led advocacy on sexual and reproductive health and rights.
Her work brings together professional administration, multilingual communication, humanitarian action, and youth advocacy. Passionate about building inclusive societies, she believes that empowering young people, fostering intergenerational collaboration, and promoting gender justice are essential to sustainable development. Through her professional expertise and volunteer leadership, she continues to connect people, ideas, and institutions to create lasting social impact at local, regional, and international levels.
