(she/her)
Solange Vololoniaina RAHARIMANANTSOA is a woman deeply convinced that “Serving humanity is the best work of life” (JCI credo).
Her academic background in finance and accounting provided her with a strong professional foundation, leading her to her current role as Organizational and Administrative Manager. This expertise allows her to channel her skills into meaningful community and humanitarian commitments.
Since 2020, she has been actively engaged in JCI Antananarivo, where she has held several leadership positions: Project Director for Public Speaking and Debate, Secretary General in 2024, Local President in 2025, and Counselor in 2026. These experiences shaped her leadership style, rooted in dialogue, inclusion, and youth empowerment.
Her commitment extends to Realmen Madagascar, where she serves as a trainer promoting positive masculinity to reduce gender‑based violence against women and girls. She also holds the position of External Relations Officer (2024 – 2026), strengthening partnerships and visibility for the organization.
Her journey with MenEngage marks a turning point, giving her international reach. As Community Project Lead for MenEngage Madagascar (2025 – 2026), she works to mobilize youth around gender justice and non‑violence. She is also Vice‑Chair of MenEngage Youth Africa, amplifying the voices of African youth in the fight for equality and social impact. In parallel, she chaired the Madagascar Organizing Committee of the African Leadership Camp in 2024, contributing to the training of young leaders across the continent.
Beyond her associative responsibilities, she is a devoted mother of two daughters, who inspire her daily to build a fairer and more inclusive future. A promoter of entrepreneurship and social impact, she believes in personal growth through entrepreneurship and in the power of youth to transform ideas into lasting change. Her vision is bold: to become a woman who can stand before a government assembly and proudly declare, “Yes, I did it.” A statement that embodies her courage, her commitment, and her determination to leave a positive legacy in her community and beyond.
