The resource is designed to give you the tools to develop approaches that are specific to your context.

By following the group exercises and discussions, you will be able to create strategies for fostering a positive culture of accountability. It will equip you with approaches for continually improving your programs, making them more impactful for gender equality, women’s rights, LGBTQI rights, as well as for the groups and communities you work with.
