Meeting the moment: The story of our international community in 2025 (annual report of MenEngage Alliance)

This report tells stories of change in 2025 across our networks and members, with examples that show how we collectively contributed to change. 

We showcase our work and impact across and between the Alliance actors, highlighting significant member contributions, the challenges our members faced, and why the MenEngage Alliance values and principles are critical to the work of our community/​​collective. This report in itself is a contribution to ongoing learning, not only for ourselves, but for our members and the wider community too.

About the Authors 

This report was developed by Lauren Dobson-Hughes in collaboration with the Global Secretariat, and in conjunction with regional networks. The Global Secretariat collected regional network annual reports that aligned with the new planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning framework, and integrated them within one annual progress report and ongoing routine collection of data and stories from its own activities and the work of members around the world. With these raw materials, we held two sensemaking workshops to identify key themes, successes and challenges. We also identified gaps in our data or knowledge, and sought to fill these gaps where possible.
