Rigid gender norms and harmful perceptions of what it means to be a man or a woman encourage men’s use of gender-based violence. This Policy Agenda frames the context behind this violence and provides a set of advocacy asks and recommendations for those working for policies to prevent gender-based violence in all its forms.
