Sonke Gender Justice and MenEngage Africa convened a three-day in-depth workshop on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, bringing together sixteen religious and traditional leaders in Entebbe, Uganda.
This workshop was convened under the SRHR4ALL programme supported by NORAD to strengthen the role of faith and traditional leaders in transforming gender norms and improving access to SRHR services in their communities. Through participatory sessions and strategic partnerships, the workshop tackled key issues, including gender-based violence, safe abortion, and comprehensive sexuality education.
