• Opening of the meeting
• Election of Chair and Secretary of the meeting
• The annual report and accounts of the previous fiscal year
• Decision on number of Board members up for election
• The election of Board members and Election Committee for their two (2) year terms of office
• The appointment of the Auditing Committee for their one (1) year term of office
• The provision for vacancies in the Board or other bodies, if needed
• Level of Regional Network Contribution 
• Proposals from the Board or members announced in the meeting agenda
• Closing of the meeting
