Many organizations in the gender justice and violence prevention sector expect their partners to deliver gender-transformative change. But inside our own workplaces, unequal power, unfair policies, and harmful cultures often go unchallenged. Sometimes we repeat the very inequalities we work to end.
Walking the Talk is an interactive session at SVRI Forum 2026 in Bangkok, co-organized by MenEngage Alliance, the Equality Institute (EQI), and Samya Development Resources. Through a live Power Walk, participants will reflect on how their own organizations measure up across six areas: workplace culture, policies, HR practices, leadership, feedback, and programs. In small groups, they will then identify what holds organizations back and where change can start.
