We’re thankful to the Ford Foundation for their ongoing support and for recognising our nearly three decades of work engaging men and boys in the fight for gender justice.

From grassroots workshops that help men unlearn patriarchal norms around caregiving and violence to shaping global policy spaces like the UN Human Rights Council and the Commission on the Status of Women, our work is rooted in the belief that working with men and boys is an important catalyst for advancing women’s rights, LGBTIQA+ rights, and broader social justice.

As the Ford Foundation highlights, Engaging boys and men is not an end in itself.” It’s a path to partnering with women, girls, and LGBTQIA+ communities to advance gender equality and justice for all.
